After a two-year hiatus, the Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes is taking place again this year, from September 7th to 12th.
This year, St Kilian's is represented by four 6th Year students, Abbie Costello, Brian Byrne, Marcos O'Reilly and Lucy Sky Moore O'Gorman, who are accompanied by Ms Mary Casey.
We extend best wishes to them for a succesful and enjoyable trip.
The school recently took delivery of a large order of student lockers, with all students now being automatically issued with a locker on registration.
The new lockers are creating a great splash of colour on the corridors!
Welcome back to all students and staff for the 2022-2023 school year.
A special welcome to our new First Year students and to the other new students who have transferred to St Kilian's from other local schools and from further afield.
We hope that the new school year will be a happy and successful one for everyone.
Book Rental Collection takes place from Tuesday to Thursday, August 23rd to 25th. Please see full details in the pack you received earlier in the summer.
Please comply with dates and times allocated and show appreciation for the work of our parent volunteers.
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Cooper, the school's caretaker. Thomas passed away on Sunday, June 26th, after a year-long illness.
On behalf of the whole school community, the Board of Management extends its sympathy to Thomas's wife Sandra, his son Jack, his mother Peggy, his sister Paula and to his extended family and all of his friends.
May Thomas rest in peace.
We wish the very best of luck to our Leaving Certificate, Leaving Certificate Applied and Junior Certificate students as they prepare to take their examinations in the coming weeks.
We hope that all of their hard work will be rewarded.
Please return all books as soon as possible, any day from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
Our Book Rental Scheme is run by a team of parents and other volunteers, for which we are extremely grateful. Please play your part by returning books on time.
This year's 6th Year Graduation Ceremony will take place on Wednesday evening, June 1st at the Mermaid Arts Centre, Bray.
We congratulate the Class of 2022 and we look forward to joining with their families, in celebrating their achievements, on June 1st.
