The Transition Year Coordinator for 2016-2017 is Mr Joe Kelly.

The following is a summary of some of the principal dates and activities for Transition Year students. Other events, activities and key dates will be added as the school year progresses.

In Transition Year, students have access to a larger than usual selection of subjects.
During Transition Year, students will choose their four Leaving Cert optional subjects.
The availability of a subject in Transition Year is not a guarantee that this subject will be available to students for their Leaving Cert programme. The final subject choice depends on the number of students in a year group and the popularity of the different subjects with those students.
