From September 2019, St Kilian’s is the pilot school for a new programme with the UCD Access Office, called EMBED. The idea was developed with Dr Daniel Crean, a past-pupil and now an Assistant Professor in the School of Veterinary at UCD. The initiative involves Dr Crean being based at the school every Tuesday morning until Christmas. In cooperation with the school’s Guidance Team, he is leading a mentoring programme with the 6th Years.
